Welcome to CHI EXCHANGE – a service of Club Hive International (CHI).
We help our international community turn unwanted items into treasures for someone else.
Whether you’re leaving the country, moving to a new home, or simply about to throw something out – remember:
“One person’s trash is another person’s treasure.”

📌 Basic Rules
Listing fee
- To advertise an item, contact Club Hive directly and pay 10 RMB before posting.
- Example: 1 product = 10 RMB, 2 products = 20 RMB, etc.
- After payment, you may post x3 photos and x3 videos of each product that has paid to be listed.
Free items – no fee
- If you simply want something taken off your hands or want it to go to a good home (free giveaway), there is no listing fee.
- Just write “FREE – take me” or “Good home wanted” clearly in your post.
- This does not apply to items you expect payment for – those follow the listing fee rule above.
No free advertising (for paid items)
- If you post an advert for a paid item without paying the listing fee, you will be removed from our group immediately.
- You will also lose access to future members’ selling listings and will not be allowed to advertise again.
Respect & friendliness are mandatory
- Be kind, helpful, and polite to all members.
- No spam, no offensive language, no drama.
Requests / “Wanted” posts are free
- You can post requests for items you’re looking for – no fee.
- Maybe someone has exactly what you need, sitting unused. Turn it into your treasure!
Video requests
- Buyers may ask sellers for additional videos of the product. Sellers should try to provide them if possible.
⚠️ Important – CHI is NOT involved in transactions
- Negotiations, payments, product quality, and delivery are strictly between the buyer and the seller.
- Club Hive International only provides the platform to help our local community.
- We do not inspect, guarantee, or take responsibility for any product listed (including free items – condition is between giver and taker).
🔍 A special note to buyers:
- You are responsible for your own transactions and negotiations.
- Be vigilant. Ask questions. Request more photos or videos if needed.
- Meet in safe, public places if exchanging in person.
- Remember that anyone can post an item – use your own judgment.
- Understand the risks of buying from strangers online. Always use common sense.
By joining and using CHI EXCHANGE, you agree that Club Hive International is not liable for any disputes, losses, or issues arising from any transaction.
💰 How to pay the listing fee (for selling items only)
- Contact Club Hive International for payment confirmation details.
- After payment, your ad will be approved.
